A Roma beggar on his knees prompts extreme emotions: guilt, rage, sympathy and frustration. Most people just walk on by, but someone is always willing to help. In this film, the director witnesses confrontations between Roma beggars from Romania and the Finnish people, and is forced to question her own ideas about helping.
