Beth has kept a video diary for a year. She records her doubts about her love for her boyfriend and her reluctance to visit her mother after years of separation. Beth's diary records details about love, drugs and sexual abuse. For 20 years, still photographer Kent Klich documented Beth's former life as a drug addict and prostitute. The combination of animated stills and Beth's own recordings presents a woman fighting to believe that she is worth loving.
