Reading Cavafy: Fourteen Poems

Only seldom is a poet portrayed in his own words. But Constantine Cavafy once said, "My verse is my life!" So we asked people in the streets of Alexandria, Istanbul and Athens to choose the poem by Cavafy they loved the most and read it to us. We found that the Old Poet is still rocking, 50 years later.
