The film is about the Mexican boy Omar Castillo and his struggle for saving the tiny bit of rainforest still left undestroyed in Mexico. Omar is eleven years old and the son of one of Mexico´s thousand street-sellers. Omar has never seen the rainforest, but is convinced of its importance.
