At an undetermined time in the future, a man talks about a city, a social system that once existed, called West Berlin. It was an isolated community, surrounded by a wall. This is an artistic view of our own era’s market economy exemplified by the city culture of West Berlin. Recalled memories are suggested by archive footage of the city shortly before the Wall came down.
