Social outcasts do not materialise from thin air. They become ostracised at the moment the system abandons them. This film is about one of the lost souls, Uffe. For more than two years, the director followed Uffe in his daily life. Uffe is by no means dysfunctional. He has an opinion about his own life that makes sense to him. He is educated and widely travelled. But at a certain point, things turned sour.
