In central Oslo, Kjerstin (44) and her neighbors in a townhouse block is threatened to lose their rental house to a billionaire who raids old town blocks around the city of Oslo, as he does all over Europe. The backlash of living on the wrong side of the shine welfare state in a wealthy country. A story about a group of ordinary people is constant fear of being thrown out of their homes in a rich reality. They don't only face an a multi billionaire opponent, but also the city government.
