Every morning a school bus passes 11-year-old Denise and her cousins without stopping to pick them up. Over six years, we get to know Denise’s loving family and their constant fight for their rights. Some call the Milanese suburb where they live a Roma camp; they call it Villaggio delle Rose, the village of roses.
