Engel Lund - Singer of World Folk Songs

This documentary about Icelandic singer Engel Lund spans her life from birth in 1900 until her death in Reykjavik in 1996. Her repertoire consisted of folk songs from many nations sung in their original languages. Able to sing fluently in 17 languages, Engel Lund performed in most of Europe’s major cities and in the USA.
