Pekka Myllykoski (1959-2017) was a super intelligent bookworm and ecologically aware nature lover who became the lyricist and singer of the popular outlaw country band, Freud Marx Engels & Jung. The band was known for their hit drinking songs, which most Finns can sing along to. His optimism and joy later turned to alcoholism, although some of Pekka’s friends claim that the lifestyle suited him well. One of the last of the 1980s Bohemians died in 2017.
