The small village of Blaiken situated in the very north of Sweden is the home of 13-year-old Andreas. He has got 13 cousins and 25 relatives living here. But the radioactive fallout from the nuclear power accident in Tjernobyl had serious affects on his surroundings and Tobias has to learn to cope with the new conditions.
