Maj Doris

She is a superstar in Sápmi (Lapland) and perhaps the coolest person in the world. Although almost 75, she hasn’t slowed down. Maj Doris Rimpi is full of energy, busy looking after the reindeer and art commissions that have to be finished. Twenty years ago she, she retired from producing art full-time and travelling the world, focusing instead on work on the farm in the north of Sweden. But recently, she has both been acting and contributing to art exhibitions. What would life be without stimulating meetings?
