Can you leap into action as president and create a new and democratic Somalia after 47 years in Denmark? It’s possible, believes 67-year-old Ahmed Dualeh, and packs his bags in Denmark and heads home. He wants to rebuild his country based on the values he has learned to appreciate in Denmark. But the dream turns out to be far removed from Somali reality. Resistance is massive, and there are few victories. Ahmed Dualeh’s foundation crumbles and he begins to lose touch with his family in Denmark. His wife threatens to divorce him and is backe up by their daughters. Can Dualeh let go of his dream?
