Winter time in the Swedish city of Malmö. Young kids don't want to run their skateboards in parking blocks anymore. Björn Olofsson is the driving force who gets politicians and sponsors to set up a free-house where the kids can skate indoors. This is the first part of a series called "Driving Forces".
