Markus and Lukas are brothers and the sons of Norwegian filmmaker Aslaug Holm. For eight years, from when they were five and eight years old, their mother filmed their progress. Big brother Markus loves soccer and dreams of playing at the top level in Liverpool FC; little brother Lukas is less physical and more philosophically inclined. With both tenderness and an adult eye, Holm captures the boys' dreams and expectations, and follows the brothers into their wild teenage years.
