Maidan Siege

The Ukrainian revolution began on Maidan Square in Kiev in November, 2013. The filmmaker gained unique access to the main activist group at Maidan, the Right Sector. They are ultra-right wing nationalists, not adequately addressed in the western media because they are politically inconvenient. For three days and nights we follow the Right Sector fighting Ukrainian riot police. We also talk to surgeons saving lives, and activists risking theirs for a better future. (We uncover the real reasons behind the revolution and present frank interviews that may influence the future of the current government.)
