Four women of various ages are relaxing in a sauna. They had never met before, but now have a weekly date at the sauna. In the heat, chitchat becomes conversation. Julia talks about her motorbike, Olga about her mother and Karin about how it is to fall in love again. The film is shot inside the sauna and the women are naked throughout. A love letter to relaxed nudity.
