We had a dream. To hike for two months through Lapland, from Fatmomakke in the south to the tree-country cairn in the north, 800 kilometres through Sápmi where people have lived in road-less land since prehistoric times. We wanted to hear from the Sami and others about life in the mountains, then and now. In the summer of 2013 we realised our dream.
