Leslie has been passionate about music since the age of 12. His first loves were hip-hop and rap. Now, at 28, he is on the verge of breaking through as a solo R&B artist singing in Swedish. He has already produced and written music for numerous other artists in Sweden but success hasn’t been easy. He was raised in one of the most segregated areas in Sweden, rife with poverty and crime. His father was largely absent and their relationship a damaged one. Over 15 years, we watch Leslie Tay work towards his breakthrough.
