Nahid Persson Sarvestani is an ex-revolutionary filmmaker who helped overthrow the monarchy in Iran's 1979 revolution. After having made two documentaries with anti-Islamist messages, she decides to make a film about the former queen, her old enemy. They are now both women living in exile.
