The first thing the Swedish social democrat Margot Wallström did when she was appointed as the country's foreign minister in 2014 was to launch a feminist foreign policy. Way to go! Wallström was already known for her feminist fearlessness, her idealist and sharp mind - and for her ability to answer back with humour. And she needs plenty of humour. For not all the world's leaders are equally enthusiastic about her ultimately humanistic project.
