80-year-old Arne and his house are remnants of a Stockholm that barely exists, the apartment lacks running water and toilet. Now Arne’s lease is terminated, after 45 years. When Arne refuses to move, the landlord sells the outhouse, Arne's toilet. But Arne won't leave his home.
