At Denize and Filip's house the nursery is ready, and the child seat has already been installed in the car. But at a routine check-up during the last weeks of pregnancy, the midwife’s face suddenly freezes. A second ultrasonic device is tried, another nurse get's called in, and finally a doctor. But nothing helps. No heartbeat can be found. Little Inez's heart has stopped.
