Mary Kabufufu is a lesbian, but also an asylum seeker. She is looking for her girlfriend, who disappeared during their escape from Uganda. During her last interview with the Refugee Board, at the moment when her case is to be decided, it dawns on her that she has overlooked a clue that might lead her to her girlfriend. This will be Mary’s last attempt to find her.
